1. Acceptance of terms

By ordering, activating, or using any HostLagbe product — including Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS Hosting, Cloud VPS, Domain Registration, or Enterprise Infrastructure — you agree to these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for keeping your billing and contact information current.

3. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime across Shared, Reseller, VPS, and Cloud VPS products. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance via the status page and email where practical. Enterprise customers may have a separately negotiated SLA.

4. Billing and renewals

Services are billed in advance on the cycle selected at checkout. Failure to pay by the due date may result in service suspension. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

5. Acceptable use

Use of HostLagbe services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits illegal content, spam, malware distribution, and activity that disrupts other customers or the network.

6. Limitation of liability

HostLagbe provides services on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostLagbe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
