About DMCA Ignored Hosting
On ordinary hosting, a DMCA notice usually ends with the host disabling the page or the whole account within a day or two, whether or not the claim holds up. These plans run on an offshore server outside that process, so we do not suspend or remove sites on the strength of a DMCA notice.
They suit sites that are lawful but attract complaints — reviews and criticism, commentary and parody, news, forums, and anyone who has been hit by automated or bad-faith takedown requests. Every plan runs DirectAdmin, with free SSL, email and databases included.
DMCA ignored does not mean anything goes. Malware, phishing, spam, child abuse material and everything else in our Acceptable Use Policy is removed as soon as we find it, and the account is closed. It also only covers hosting: search engines, CDNs and domain registrars run their own complaint processes.
