Refund Policy
Money-back terms for Shared, Reseller, VPS, Cloud VPS and Domain products.

Shared Hosting & Reseller Hosting
New Shared and Reseller Hosting accounts include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of activation. Refund requests must be submitted via support ticket or email within this window. Domain registration fees and any add-on purchases are non-refundable.
VPS Hosting & Cloud VPS
Due to the immediate resource allocation involved in provisioning a virtual server, VPS and Cloud VPS plans are non-refundable once the instance has been created. You may cancel future renewals at any time from your client area.
Domain Registration
Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable once processed, in line with standard registry policy.
Enterprise Infrastructure
Refund terms for Enterprise plans are set out in your individual service agreement.
How to request a refund
Contact hello@hostlagbe.com with your order ID. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
